In most all cases muscle and joint pain is caused by the misuse or overuse of our body and its muscles. The overuse of muscles can lead to an irritation of the nervous system—the body’s central control system and excessive muscle tension. Eventually this excessive muscle tension and over-use leads to pain.
Eating well can help reduce muscle and join pain. Fruit, vegetables and legumes, cruciferous vegetable, berries and small amounts of high level of unsaturated fats, especially olive oil, flax seed and fish oil will help with joint discomfort.
