Nose Bleeds, Frequent
Nose Bleeding
The most common causes of nosebleeds are:
* blowing your nose too hard.
* a minor injury to the nose.
* changes in humidity or temperature causing the inside of the nose to become dry and cracked.
However if your suffer from frequent nose bleeds it may be caused by fragile blood vessels in the tissue between the nostrils,
a blood clotting problem, vitamin K deficiency.
USEFUL HERBS AND HOME SOLUTIONS:
* Apple cider vinegar. The acid in the vinegar helps constrict the blood vessels, and stop the bleeding. Dip a cotton ball in the vinegar and place it in the affected nostril for about five to 10 minutes.
* Drink a teaspoon of cayenne pepper in a cup of warm water.
* Nettle Leaf - steep nettle in boiled water, dip a cotton ball and place in nostril for about five minutes.
